About the 2027 horror schedule
This lineup currently contains 18 dated releases. Titles can appear in more than one genre.
Genre labels can evolve as official synopses and ratings arrive. For family viewing, consult a final age rating rather than a genre label alone.
Compare these films with other releases on the chronological 2027 calendar.
Sequels, prequels and original horror
Crawl 2 brings creature survival to July, while The Conjuring: First Communion is a prequel scheduled for September. Original stories include Pendulum, with a retreat that turns unsettling, and Seasons, about a ranch with ritual demands.
For horror based on existing material, compare Possession, a remake of the 1981 film, with Seasons, an adaptation of Old Country. Not every sequel has an announced age rating or trailer.
